Content generated using CreatorAI on paid plans is yours to use for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. Free plan content may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not use our platform to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Generate content depicting real individuals without their consent
- Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models
- Share your account credentials with others
- Circumvent usage limits or security measures
Intellectual Property
CreatorAI, its name, logo, and all related technology are the intellectual property of TheHolyLabs. Our AI models, algorithms, and training data remain our property. You retain ownership of your original prompts and creative direction.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
Termination
